For over a decade, Renzorato's machines has been designed and developed to withstand the tough conditions of the industry. With ergonomics and safety in focus during construction, we offer durable machines that helps your company streamline your jobs, with minimal service occurrences. Below you will find a short brief and specification on our machines. All models are equipped with electrical motors, an integrated safety torque system (E-Clutch), an emergency stop button and are operated by radio remote controls. You can easily adjust the speed values during operation and any error codes will be shown on the machine’s remote control.

SPIKE CUTTER

Adjustable cleaning tool for DN 150-225 / 6-9”.

The spiked chain is reinforced with carbide on the six central teeth. Efficient rough milling cutter, which is gentler on the pipe than Pipe Master, Pipe Master XL and Pipe Master XLS. Perfect for concrete pipes.

PIPE MASTER CC

100% Clogged Pipes or Lateral Cutter. Adjustable cleaning tool with star-shaped carbide teeth for DN 75-150 / 3-6”. Easily opens clogged pipes because of the drill head in the front. Also works to opening up lateral's connections. Chain Link: 5 mm

SANI CATCHER

Dropped something…

The Sani Catcher is simply a must-have tool in every plumber's toolbox. Pick up lost Chains tools, cast iron pieces or other metal objects easily. Comes with two adapters 10/10mm – 10/12mm, simply connect it to your work shaft and use the length to push the Catcher back and forth.

WING CUTTER

MAXIMUM opening of branch lines

This is an amazing tool that opens up the branch completely thanks to the wing function. Minimum grinding with sandpaper afterwards.

CLEANING SPIDER 3

Root cutter with three different top parts; round, 3/8” thread and groove for the tip. Attach 4 or 8 loose chains from 45-300mm.

Cleaning Spider 3 comes with three top parts, two bottom parts for 10 and 12 mm shaft as well as two tips. Loose chains can be purchased separately, take a look at CS Carbide and CS Steel.

THE GRENADE - NEW

Grenade - Our new innovation that takes descaling to a whole new level! Thanks to the wide and movable wings with our carbide star tips, you get a wider cutting surface compared to a regular chain tool. Because the wing function is based on centrifugal force you maximize the descaling during higher rpm, while the tool navigates easy in bends during lower rpm. The best part is that the wings are easily replaceable. Recommended speed between 1000-1500 rpm.

Do not use in PVC pipes.

STAR CUTTER

Featuring our Driller Head in the front and a Cutting Plate with our carbide star tips, this Cutter is designed to remove collapsed liner and concrete. It can also be used as a lateral cutter and the best part is that the Driller Head and the plate is easily replaceable.

TIP! We use the same body for our Wing Cutter and Star Cutter. Easily replace the wings from the Wing Cutter with the Cutting Plate and Driller Head from the Starp Cutter or vice-versa to get a 2 in 1 cutter

SANI SHAFT WHEEL

Convenient handling of long shafts. Reduced risk of shaft damage. Easier to transport. Shaft Wheel can be wheeled into the vehicle, no lifting required. Shaft length up to 30 metres. Shaft Wheel is powered by Spider Engine and comes with a drive shaft, centre shaft and an adapter for 10 and 12 mm shafts. Work shafts can be purchased separately.

RZ1 SYSTEM

RZ1 is the optimal cleaning machine for milling pipes in the dimensions 40 to 125 mm (1,5"-5"), where you also have the opportunity to clean with the machine in 3 ways:

1. Along with the reel SW-10, 12M. Choose between 15M 8mm Light Shaft or 12M 10mm Flex shaft.
2. Along with the reel SW-20, 20M 10mm Flex Shaft.
3. Motor package Stand-alone, up to 20M loose working shaft.

The separation between the machine and the reels are easily done by removing HEX-link from the connection on the motor package and then pressing down the locking button in the middle and simply lift the machine away from the reel.

RZ COMPACT

Our latest addition that takes your cleaning to a whole

new level. All in one machine designed with ergonomics, flexibility and safety in focus. RZ Compact is adapted for 6mm (Ultra-light shaft) and 8mm (Light shaft) shaft, 15M and is developed for cleaning pipes between 32-75mm 1,25"-3". RZ Compact is equipped like our other milling machines with an electric engine and an integrated safety torque system that shuts down the engine if the tool gets stuck during operation. This is to prevent damage to the equipment and the operator.

We also introduce our new radio solution. This radio control, you can choose between 4 speed levels (clockwise) and 1 speed level reverse if you get stuck or need to use left directions speed.

RZ3 SYSTEM

RZ3 is our strongest all-in-one machine for cleaning pipes in the dimensions 75 to 250 mm (3” to 10”).

Its strength makes it the optimal choice for the toughest situations on the field, for example when descaling and unblocking the main lines, vertical pipes and outgoing main lines. RZ3 makes it easy to, for example, cut through and remove roots, concrete, limestone buildup, collapsed liner or opening up branch connections and much more.

The RZ3 comes with the advantage to choose between

35M (115 feet) 10 mm shaft or 30M (100 feet) 12 mm shaft.

It's simple shaft connection makes it easy to switch out the shaft later on, to the dimension that best suit your current needs.

The RZ3 is equipped with a high-quality radio remote with strong reception and a display with full review of speed where you easily can change these values during cleaning to get the most efficient milling for both pipe and operator, making it easy and reliable to operate in the field.
