X120-D2 UV Spot Repair System

X120-D2, as a rehabilitation equipment mainly used to

repair the defected points of drainage pipes It can restore

the defected points accurately by selecting the packer

with different sizes accordingly to the pipelines with

different diameters.

The X120-D2 Rehabilitation system comprises:

This system has key features of high efficiency, precise accuracy and

incredible controllability. Easy Removeable silica gel replacement

bladders, can be easily replaced on the jobsite. Meaning your system

will run with very little maintenance.

After the pipe has been Cleaned, and CCTV has been completed, The

Packer is lined with the material, and pushed into the correct position,

where measurements have been taken. The packer is then inflated to

the correct pressure limit, to inflate the materials and seal them to the

host pipe tightly, locking them into position.

​

Once the repair is in position, the UV Ultraviolet lights are illuminated, which cures the UV resin impregnated lining materials with precision, in just 5-10 mins. Once the time limit is reached, the packer is deflated, and removed from the pipeline, leaving a Solid, long lasting UV Point Repair, that has reinforced the original host pipe, and given it a new lease on life. At that time, the rehabilitation has been completed.
